take care if you add a drug to the risperdal (polypharmacy) or if you increase the dosage.
eg. don't take any drugs that inhibits cytochrome p450IId6 (a polymorph one, that is different from person to person) and speak with your doc if you change something.how worried shoud you be? - I can't give an appropriate answer in your specific case.
