Hi Jeroen,
You need to go up very slowly.
I had tachardia too when I was upping Seroquel. When your body becomes used to it, it fades. Then you can up it again. Going up in 25 mg increments is a good idea. But I'd wait two days in between.
I was on 900 to 1000 mg of Seroquel last year.Best wishes,
