So my doctor has said she has no problem at all in giving me Nardil, Parnate, Lexapro+Abilify, Lexapro+Risperdal, Lexapro+Seroquel, or Effexor.
I've noticed a trend here and at other sites where lexapro by itself has mixed reviews, and with me was not a promising experience, but that when combined with one of those three antipsychotics it is a totally new drug with frequent good outcomes. Effexor I've never tried. The MAOIs I've never tried.
I have Parnate onhand and it looks to be the first up for trial. Being real sensitive I would probably start at 5mg and go by feel after that.
So I need help on the diet restrictions. I realize some people have no problems at all. But I want to be oversafe to start with. Below I will list foods I eat commonly. Please tell me which ones I can no longer eat. Also list other foods I defininitely need to avoid. Thank you so much!
