I have used smart drugs/nutrients in every way,i.e Picamilion,Phenibuttt,Taunrine.
My personal conclusion that none have really made a impact.
Taurine id have to say is the most amazing peofile even if i personaly did not benifit from it.
Taurine stablizez over activity and basicaly can is consifered neuro protective,
Also as a side note,just because over the counter prodcuts are used,doesent mean there is a
otc standerd.Im not surewhat the guidlines at the moment,however over the counter supplements that are quality are stamped......GMP
