Yes, 50mg is a starting dose and under 150 for sleep usually.

There is the theoretical metabolite mCPP issue, which if you are subject to psychosis -MAY- increase or cause paranoia and other symptoms. Its not a guaranteed effect and is I think only based on the research use of mCPP in testing.
