That's hard to answer, it's my first try on Parnate and i'm only in the week 4 of the treatment. What I can say is that 30mg/day of Parnate seem to be as effective as 90mg of Nardil on social phobia, for me...For now, a little bit of improvement on social phobia but only mild...mean that I can do things alone more often without feeling bad or anxious and i'm less shy in general, especially in a social situation, but only when I go with someone else (bars, restaurants...). I have less panic attacks...
For the depression side and the general anxiety it's the same. I think a lot about my future and I put a lot of anxiety on my shoulder about thinking always about this...No improve also on my level of energy, my lack of concentration and my motivation in life in general.
I need to wait before up my dosage to see if things will improve more or not.
Well thanks for the good luck! ;-)
