Trazadone for sleep - what dosage

Hello

I haven't been sleeping once again. I usually take Nozinan to help me sleep but I think my body is too used to it. I used to to only take 15 mg for sleep and now I am up to 75 mg and it doesn't help.

I used to take Trazadone for sleep but I forget the dosage. I think it was anywhere from 75 mg to 125 mg because I had some divi-dose tabs. Does that amount sound right? Of course I am going to ask my doctor, but I just wanted to hear of other people's experiences as well.
