I'm posting a small collection of literature that can be used to justify the usage of high dosages of Parnate (tranylcypromine). It should help provide some rationale for using dosages of Parnate up to 150mg. While I don't expect every physician to accept this as evidence that 150mg is safe, I am hoping that it will change the perception of some that 30mg is a high enough dosage to produce results. In my opinion, the effective dosage range for Parnate is really 40-80mg.
I hope this posting helps.
