Welloft certainly has a reputation for working well for some people. Adding Wellbutrin to Effexor also increases one's chances of responding. I don't think it needs to be an either-or scenario.

I don't qualify as a success story with Wellbutrin. It makes me feel worse, even when combined with an MAOI.
