If you have a lot of medications on board, its likely your urine is going to be of some color, so the paler it is the better as it will be easier on your kidneys.

If you take a multivitamin or Vitamin C, it will be brilliant anyhow, and that's not a low hydration state, its just a result of pigmentation reaction in a sense.

There is also a thing of too much hydration -- hyperhydrosis, and yes, you can die of excess water, but this typically only occurs under a few states, diabetes insipidus, psychosis states, and tragedies involving not monitoring carefully the amount of water intake in intense physical activity.
