I don't mean to be rude or uncivil, but not everyone has an "imitator".

I know that you seem to prefer alternative medicine, but chelation therapy can and has proven be dangerous, even fatal unless absolutely necessary in a proper hospital situation (sodium edetate, e.g. for accidental ingestion of a heavy metal), lead, mercury, and fluoride poisoning is pretty rare unless you work in an industrial situation or are a kid eating sand or paint off a wall, and though...

...yes, I got a test for lyme because I -was- bitten by a tick though the chances of it actually being a carrier in this part of the country, I convinced my doctor to get lots of medical tests for what really is an unknown etiology, but a psychiatric disorder.

Lyme titers can have false positives too. But there are two stages of testing, if you have a negative on the first, unless you're showing a lot of signs of what really is clinically seen with Lyme disease, yes, it is an orphan disorder to an extent, it is far more likely to get West Nile, which is even more mysterious at the moment but rarely progresses to any fatal stage.
