If you are going to try it, take a look at LDN (Low Dose Naltrexone). It can have profound effects on both body and mind. Doses are just 1.5mg to 4.5mg, enough to cause partial blockade of receptors but not too much.
I tried 25mg years ago in combination with prozac. It only numbed me out more and made me kind of zombie-ish and a little more withdrawn. LDN has a lot more promise in my opinion. It can be dosed by several methods: Mix a pill in water, drink from a measured container from, for example, the infant or pharmacy department of a store, to get just 1.5mg to 4.5mg. You could also creatively crush a pill and divide it up. Or most people have their doctor write a prescription so a compounding pharmacy can make the custom sizes.
