regarding if they are real or not. The tablets were small, oval, sugar coated and they were white. they did not have any imprints either and came in origional packaging. They should be real shouldn't they?

I know this might not be worth mentioning. But i have been severley agitated recently and for the first times in my life have dabbled in cocaine since having these problems. What interests me is that on the day after taking it my sex drive increases slightly maybe 20% normal and then slowly declines over the following days to where it is now 0.
i know taking illicit drugs are probably gonna cause alot more harm than good, but i just wanted to understand the mechanism behind this and maybe understanding why this is happening to me.
Doctor has referred me to urologist and have to wait 3 months for appointment.
i know i keep going on but i would appreciate your help.
