Hi guys, the medications appear to be working, however my hypersomnia seems to be winning despite Concerta and Provigil. However, I looked at my blood lab results from the doctor and the only thing that was rather abnormal was my red blood cell count. It was rather low (below the cut-off for normal). However it was not really low. I am not anemic, however, I am wondering if this is a red flag that my diet is causing excessive tiredness and not allowing the medication to work as effectively as they should, exp. the stimulants. I read online that low RBC usually means iron deficiency and doctors often call the condition ironically "tired blood" as it is not carrying the amount of oxygen as required by the body. I bought some complete A-Z multi-vitamins and Super Omega-3 Formula. Any other suggestions as to this anomaly?
