Provigil alone?

After 7 days being on Ixel, this isn´t working for me. I´m still experimenting nausea and excessive sleepiness during the day. I´m seriously thinking of taking Provigil all by itself, and cutting Ixel entirely, but I´m afraid it´ll make me ill tempered. Suggestions anyone? Thanks!
