these are important, espcially sufficient vitamin D3 - amount in milk or multivitamin is woefully insufficient. need at least several thousand IUs a day if one isn't a lifeguard or farmer or ditch-digger. Also weight-bearing excercise, vitamin k (mk-7 best) also making sure thyroid is adjusted properly. less sodas. and trace minerals also robably help. lactoferrin also looks interesting (from whey protein)
