Best wishes for you. Don't forget, you are awesome!
Ya know, just like any other meds, people here have tried milnacipran and not stayed with it. But, I do not recall anyone who did not stay with it due to ineffectiveness. As best I can recall, the few who did not stay with it had problems with either nausea or urinary. Those who did stay with it, well, they don't hang out here anymore. That usually means they got better and are out enjoying a new life. Except for a few veterans who stay here to help others, most people who get well are glad to forget about needing pbabble.
One of the last ones I remember was ATM Lady. She was doing well but worried Milnacipran wouldn't hold her through the tough winter months. So far she is still not back here, so I assume it is still holding well.
