As azlea said, d2 agonist have been reported to cause this. Teh partial d2 agonist of aripirazole would theoretically be able to cause the same thing - it acts as a DA agonist at low doses, for those with low DA levels. Is your doctor aware of DA agonists and gambling? sris can reduce gambling; a low dose of one might be good addition and help with depression, although not helpful for whatever you mean by 'low dopamine' problems. Bupropion might be a better option too, it has preliminary evidence that it helps reduce gmabling addiction, as opposed to increasing risk.
