> When I first started taking Deplin, I received a significant benefit within the first week. The positive response disappeared within a few days, but later reappeared in a robust way after the passage of 6 weeks. I was very happy with the way I was feeling. However, after a few more weeks, I began having vivid dreams - always with violent content. They were very upsetting nightmares. Around this time, I began to receive diminishing returns from Deplin. I decided to discontinue taking it. The vivid dreaming stopped almost immediately. However, I didn't feel like I had lost the quality of my treatment response. Deplin was no longer providing any benefit for me.

Scott -

I too had an initial response to miniscule dosages of Deplin, followed by problems like aggravated depression and increased instability.

I don't think I'd ever try it again.
