Thanks softheprarie. I had tachycardia and other heart problems years ago on dothiepin. I was hoping desipramine would be milder. Really it will have to be lofepramine because desipramine isn't available in my country. It is noted as having fewer cardiac side effects than other TCAs, but I don't know if it compares exactly to desipramine.

Does it disturb your sleep? I have problems concentrating and thought it might help, having been used in ADHD etc. What do you think?
