Same over here , trying to face some fear problems following that behavior of keep trying
and you will improve and you will get used it to it its not that simple. It Only make things worse in some cases . Accepting your problem and yourself as the way you are , and trying to "live" in that way, not forcing yourself of doing unpleasant things migth be of help too.
At least to suffer lessI dont like any of both tough. The first one may sound braver and optimistic however that kind of
theories can not be always used in an ill person
AP for social SP , it may work , it`s only too risky , Should not be a first option but if you tell me that one AP is gonna give me the best relief , I dont care I would prefer to take the AP
and live with that riskTepi
