I agree with your approach, good luck with it. I think some of us have a number of imbalances in our brain and its important to get as many of them back to normal as possible.

Personally i keep some cyproheptadine as it is the standard antidote for serotonin syndrome. I would not be confident the emergency room would know how to treat ss, especially if i were to be unconscious before i got there. It is available OTC in canada at least.

using aripiprazole i would be hesitant because it isn't a strong 5ht2a antagonist, and one of the main treatments is chlorpromazine, also and antipsychotic. Seems sketchy to have all that neuroleptics in your system.
