Anxiety sweat seems to me to feel like peppermint soap. There's a burning or tingling to it. I also know that after a particularly stressful time at work my body really reacts badly. As a diabetic, I get irritations under my arms or in other places like that. They get really really bad during stressful times. Almost like my sweat is an irritant to my skin.

Or it could be your diet and medicine.

A panic attack triggers the fight or flight mechanism in your body, the sweats for some people, other things for other people -- these are very real feelings, but while they're very uncomfortable they're almost completely not life threatening.

So whatever mix in your body is coming from your glands, of course there's going to be a different odor for everyone.

Asparagus makes your pee smell wierd.

Not everything filters through your liver or kidney, sometimes things come out other places.

I wouldn't worry about it, it's uncomfortable and unpleasant but it doesn't sound life threatening.

I know it is hard managing two conditions, mental illness and diabetes at the same time. But people do. It sounds like a lip service or being contrite, so I'm hearing you but I'm not going down in the deep emotions with you because that would be unfair.
