jade thanks, they do have maoi,s in england.right from a kid had seriously bad anxiety, battled on . numerous stress illness,s doctor used ativan only in extreme anxierty mabey over 30 years ago when it first came out.12 1mg tabs for a weeks course , take them as i like i would get no more for months. if didnt work turn to depression.battled through by self medecation.later persuaded by lady doc to take A.Ds never do it before silly but true.tried loads at different strenths very misunderstood in them days. felt worse most of the time . then prozac worked . didnt need loz 2 years till pooped tried more with loz back up , no go.gp doc ran out of ideas, sent me to hospital to see shrink.canceled appointments an long waiting in between f/cked my head. had plenty of loz at home ,it creapt up to 10 they stopped working drank bottle brandy a day that combo would kill a rino nerver even touched me.appointment at hospital a new shrink stopped 10 loz in one go cold turkey, put me on 75mg velafaxine an 6 mg valium , went home had anxiety attack nearly died son gave kiss of life . next night overdosed had enough of this sh*t,drank bottle brandy puked the lot on the bedroom wall wife called ambalunce, in hospital the tw*t put the velafaxine to 225mg, lay on shower floor for days in a ball letting cold water run on me as sweat matched the speed of the water.let out after a week worse that wheni went in .no backup shakeing like a ready to pack life in drank vodka to stable my shakes . GP saw me put me back on 4mg loz an lowered venlafaxine an saved my life ,i stabled on 4loz after a time . so really i shed 6 loz and abottle of brandy in 3 months but i carnt lose the last 4loz it was to much after that epic battle. so thats what i take now plus 40mg cymbalta my main illness is anxiety that leads to depression the end.
