Hi Linda--
I had an immediate boost when starting Wellbutrin, but ultimately it didn't do it for me by itself (largely because it caused severe insomnia, which caused emotional ups and downs). Also, I've read that Wellbutrin is a relatively weak (compared to other ADs) medication.

For me, only adding an SSRI provided full relief.
