Tips help needed ocd /s.a./dep/anx

Presently on Parnate 40mg /lamictal 200 morning/nite/ serequal 25 mg at nite ..Have been on parnate since august ..i am in negotiation with conservative pschdoc to increase parnate ..depression ocd social anxiety are increasing,hence more misery ..question could the lamictal play a part in the increase of misery. Doing my best to distract ocd by all things the nintendo ..with limited success dependent on concentration etc ..any ideas..one more thing very soon to start clonazpam which will help from my limited understanding.
