Thanks for the advice but I decided to stop the bupe. I noticed an anti-depressant effect but it really wasn't robust enough to make it worthwhile. I gave it a week and a half- maybe I should have gone longer and tried to up the dose, but the side effects were a drag. I gather that it doesn't take long to see the results- I hope I gave it a fair trial...
