It's hard for me to know, but since that is the only change in a med regime that was working well for me only two months ago, I can't help but think that it's the difference in the brand of bupropion.

I've heard lots of accounts of the Teva brand of budeprion being less effective than the name brand or other generics. It might have been that I was tolerating that well because I wasn't getting as much of a dopamine rush as I am with the Sandoz bupropion SR.
