What it means is that added together, the anticholinergic properties of both antipsychotics can make someone experience syndromes of atropine like experiences. Notable blurred vision, urinary retention, and even psychosis at its worst among other unpleasantries. It would be the same as a bad reaction to too much Cogentin, e.g. This is what belladonna does, classically.
It depends on how much you're taking of each of course, which is why it isn't typically recommended to combine antipsychotics, at least probably certain ones because you don't know what could happen, like this, atropine effects, or QTc interval problems (heart) which are more dangerous.
But, I would speak with your doctor about this -- I'm still not quite sure why you're on both because I thought that the more potent ones would aggravate whatever tardive symptoms you might be presenting. But everyone reacts differently and sometimes I suppose you need the medication regardless of those effects to be more functional.
