chucked the Remeron, and learned my lesson

Posted by raisinb on October 23, 2008, at 11:05:55

i.e., listen to my own body and emotions, rather than what the pdoc says.

Anyway, I gave it a good two months, but boy, was it not working. Even worsening my depression, I think. I got to the point on Monday where I couldn't speak (always one of the big symptoms for me, it just seems so futile when I'm depressed).

So I switched back to Welloft and four days later I feel 100% better. (Maybe partly a placebo effect, but who cares?) I will be lucky if it still works the same, and I'm lucky it's worked for so long now.
