> RoslynnMy guess it is the calming effect of the antihistamine and that whatever you are taking the other medications for, I'm guessing some sort of depression, you get a temporary breakthrough depression period from the shuffling of the "soup" of medications by virtue of the antihistamine drop, even with the load of medications.
Antihistamines can be activating for some such as cetirizine, the metabolite of hydroxyzine (Atarax) and /or calming -- Atarax used to be used for anxiety among other things, so I believe it is more that.
But that's just a guess. I doubt its the serotonin in that small a dose of Seroquel.
