Sometimes receptors take time to change and heal. I don't know -- Seroquel the second time doesnt completely "cover" my problems, but it does make me more functional. And when you say stopped -- what does that really mean to you? Is it that your schizophrenic disorder is back completely or is it that it is partially masked ? Because sometimes we have to accept that things aren't going to be perfect.
Also it seems you've been on quite a lot of medications, rotating constantly. There are more than myself that have noted that a full trial has to be done.
And that could take a month, several months, or a year for it to change things. But one medication has to be picked and stayed with -- it may take more time than you would like to kick in.But in the meantime, one still has to get along with support groups and therapy and things outside constant changes of medication and indefinite hospitalization. Cutting off from society isn't conducive to anyone's woes. At least that's my opinion.
I know its hard and I can't feel what you feel nor can you feel what I feel inside or experience either.
-- best wishes
