Phillipa, the 150mg strength is available in SR and XL formulations. So it could have been either.
IR is dosed three times per day; available in 75mg and 100mg tablets.
SR is dosed twice per day; available in 100mg, 150mg, and 200mg tablets.
XL is dosed once per day; available in 150mg and 300mg tablets.
