How long did you try Abilify? If it was a short trial because of the increased paranoia you reported from it, perhaps staying on it longer to see if that goes away would be your best bet. Or maybe trying Risperdal. Or Zyprexa.
I know you've tried most of the APs already. I just wonder for how long? It seems as though you make up your mind about a medication after only a few days, which is unlikely to be helpful for you in the long run. The more you can work on giving medications a fair trial -- truly fair, without preconceived ideas about whether or not they'll work for you -- the more likely you are to find an effective treatment.
Also, in some of your posts, you've talked about wanting a "cure" for your disorders. In speaking of mental illness, it's often more realistic to speak of effective treatments. "Cure" implies that the disorder goes away. For most of us, the disorder is treated, but still part of us. That's one area that therapy helps with a lot, learning to tolerate that fact.
Best luck.
