For me, daytime sleepiness was only a start-up side effect that I had on Nardil: it lasted about two weeks after each dose increase. Others have found daytime sleepiness on Nardil to be longer lasting. So, your mileage may vary.
It's great to hear that you're doing so well on Nardil already. Oftentimes it takes several weeks to feel Nardil's antidepressant benefits. It is, however, encouraging to hear that you're feeling something after only 10 days at a dose as low as 45 mg/day. Is your doctor planning on increasing your dose, or are you planning on staying at 45 mg/day for at least a little while?
