thyroid tests

Hi,
I have been suffering from fatigue for years and my TSH is always normal- around 3

Recently I checked Free T4 and Total T3:
TT3: 0.70 (0.80- 1.80)
FT4: 0.78 ( 0.7-2)
Is there any reason to look into this?
