I've posted here over the past few years, and I'll admit that at times I felt ADs were hopeless. Nothing was going to work, and it was all a bad joke. Other times, a new therapy or a new course of meds had me hoping against hope. Some helped, even if only for a little while.
But all through that time, this Board has been important to me because I know people are here, waiting to help no matter what my mood or attitude. It doesn't matter to them whether I think ADs work today or not. They're just happy to lend a hand and keep me going. So I keep coming back, hoping one day to report that big breakthrough that might give others hope when they have little or none themselves.
So feel free to doubt ADs or love them. Or even be completely inconsistent about the whole issue. That's what PB is all about, in my view.
