There always is something to make you more functional out there, it just takes the right agent and also requires more than just medicine to help yourself -- socialization is very important and I hope whoever is managing things is also doing work on that.
As for a dose of 100mg -- Seroquel is normally started with 25mg, increasing to 100 over whatever period of time your doctors feel is necessary.
