I feel sick, is this some kind of interaction?

I drank a small glass of red wine. I also took my meds at the same time, 40mg Celexa and 0.75mg Risperdal.
I also take 2 fish oil capsules, a vitamin D pill and a vitamin C pill at the same time.
I had half a burger before I drank the wine.
I ate an apple while drinking the wine.
I really don't like drinking alcohol, but I'm drinking red wine because I read that it's good for you.
Anyways, right now I feel kind of nauseous.
Are my meds ok to take with alcohol?
