Saline washes are a great idea. NeilMed makes a good sinus rinse kit available at CVS, Walgreens, and RiteAid. Or you can go with the traditional neti pot.

The doc put me on another antihistamine and nasal spray. I got a little better but not much--now added antiobiotic (sinuses got infected) and prednisone. I am taking little bits of codeine (cut up Tylenol #3) for the cough since I cannot take the codeine cough syrup. I need some kind of decongestant. Can anybody suggest anything at all to do. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired!!!
