Long Term Effects

Posted by NewQuestions on September 22, 2008, at 8:30:36

Does anyone have an confidence that if you are on an SSRI for a long period of time, and then go off of it, you will return to your pre--SSRI brain? They say long term use reduces the sensitivity of the pre-synaptic autoreceptors and reduces the number of post-synaptic receptors. How do we know they will return to normal?
