I take Topamax for headaches and I haven't noticed that it does anything for social anxiety. Mostly it kills my appetite and made me lose a lot of weight. I take 100 mg/day now and have gone as high as 300 mg/day.

Interesting note: Does not work for Lamictal headaches.
