It sounds as though you've got your heart set on an MAOI, and that sounds good to me. Parnate would be my vote out of the two you mentioned because it is more likely to improve energy and give you motivation to overcome withdrawal. Sometimes Parnate makes people feel worse, especially at lower doses. Would you be prepared to take the maximum dose? I know Marplan wasn't on your list, but I wonder if you'd consider it because of your med sensitivity? It is very mild side-effect wise compared to the other two. There is the 'risk' it might be too mild to treat your condition, but when it works the results are impressive like with other MAOIs.
How did you respond to benzos? If you found them activating that might mean your depression would respond better to Nardil. I remember stimulants made you feel worse, so that might be a mark against Parnate. Again, Marplan is the middle man. I think it's worth giving it some thought.
