Hi Manic666 so you're going to try CBT? Or is the waiting list too long. If not the CBT staying on lorazapam till an opening? All new faces on the ward? Well You do try and bring joy to your buddies now don't you. Haven't been there but my pdoc gave me a brochure with online CBT. The Address is www.CTSTEPS.com.
