looking for suggestions for good med to improve

Attention ,Short term memory and visual memory
I am daignosed with Schizophrenia and I took untill today Ritalin...Because of concern of worsening simptoms of schizophrenia my doc and I wants to try new med , not ritalin/adderal meds, somthing else
Any suggestions?
