At one point, I was taking Parnate 120mg + desipramine 300mg + dextroamphetamine 20mg. I experienced no untoward side effects. One can never be 100% sure of safety when it comes to MAOIs. However, I know of nothing that would make Adderall more of a risk than Dexedrine.
