Don't
If this is a cry for help, its something that whether you think your doctor (and I wouldn't name doctors online, but that's your sense of security) is someone you don't want to deal with any more, should know.I have thought of suicide at times but I'm afraid of death -- its really more to escape your problems than anything else, a fear of living.
I live in the past at times, regretting decisions in my life, thinking that I wouldn't be where I was now, but I know that although I can have contentious conversations with my psychiatrist, there's always something to get out of life.
I was surprised to hear that some psychiatry has a laissez-faire view when things are beyond control to the point of immense pain, but that is a rare view and a very rare place to be and there are many things to gather from life and one has to think also of your caretakers and friends and how it impacts them.
Please don't take that above sentence as verbatim -- there is much for life.
If you are in a serious situation, irregardless of insurance or anything else, a hospital evaluation (not necessarily a stay, hospitals really are not a place to be for long times unless its necessary -- being among familiar faces and familiar voices is far better.) is in order.
