sorry you are in such a state. i had no idea it was that bad.
SOOO glad you called pdoc.
about the fear. i have a job, but when i'm in that state i have fear about even going to it. afraid i'll mess up, afraid i'll say something to someone to get fired, afraid i won't say something and get fired. afraid to go to work, afraid not to...etc.
i want to curl up in a ball and freeze and not move. sometimes it gets pretty bad.
xanax helps with that. pretty well though. and my trusty zyprexa also.
