I know you're not suppose to eat salami and stuff like like that, but what about stuff like deli ham and turkey? Also, can I eat bacon? What about tuna from a can and balsamic vinegar? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Fresh and cooked meat is generally okay. What you want to avoid are meats (an other proteins, as well as many fruits and vegetables) that are aged, dried, fermented, salted, smoked, pickled, or otherwise processed.

So avoid bacon, which is always cured (as far as I know). Others would be summer sausage, liverwurst, hot dogs, corned beef, pepperoni, salami, bologna, most ham, and pickled/dried/smoked fish.

Generally, only eat meat that has been freshly cooked and will spoil. There are some exceptions. Like canned tuna and salmon are just cooked and canned, which is okay.

Deli turkey should be fine, as long as it is not smoked. I just don't know about deli ham -- I'd be sure before I ate it. I think ham is cured by definition, which means don't eat it.
