I've taken them together before and the Seroquel totally wiped out the Adderall. It's extremely sedating and would pretty much cause grogginess and brain fog the entire following day, when taken at night. A better AP choice would be Abilify, very few side effects. If you're taking Seroquel for insomnia, I think there are better options available. For instance trazadone, cyproheptadine, Requip.
